What if my shoes or other items do not fit after they arrive?
Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. We realize however that there will be those occasions where we cannot meet a customer's expectation. As a result, we are happy to offer customers a special "No Risk 7 Day Money Back Guarantee." If you are not completely satisfied with the item of your purchase, send it back with in 7 days of receipt for a refund (not including return shipping charges). All items must be returned in original condition. Any item that has been worn, or appears to have been worn, after it is received is non returnable and no refund will be issued.
How do I know my communications and transactions are secure with Venus Shoe?
We are committed to maintaining your privacy. The information which we collect, such as name, address, and phone number, are stored securely and are NOT shared or sold to any third parties. We only use it for means of communication. In addition, all electronic funds transactions in our store are encrypted and authenticated securely. We use strong 256-Bit SSL certificate encryption provided by DigiCert.

Do you combine shipping? How do I combine shipping?
Yes, we combine the weight of all items and apply the rate you chose upon checkout. This includes handling charges. The combined weights will be automatically applied for you upon checkout. We never mark up shipping charges.
What is Venus Shoe?
Venus Shoe is an independent online retailer of authentic and unique brand name and world famous shoes, boots, handbags, jewelery, apparel and accessories. All of our customers are taken care of individually to ensure each is completely satisfied. We love our customers!
What forms of payment do you take? Do you take credit cards?
For domestic orders, we take all forms of payment, including credit cards, money orders, personal/busines checks, Paypal, and Google checkout. We even accept payment upon pick up. If you would like to pick up your item in person, just contact us to make arranagements. For international orders, we take only credit cards, Paypal or Google checkout - no foreign money orders or checks please.
Why did I get email from you?
Typically we will send out email newsletters to our customers by using the email address you submitted when you paid for your item at checkout. We do this to keep you abreast of free offers, fashion updates, and new products in our store. At the bottom of every issue there is an opt-out section in case you do not wish to receive our newsletters or other email notices. Upon receiving your opt-out notice, we remove your email address from our records permanently.
What is your return policy? What about exchanges?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, send it back within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges and charges incurred due to an exchange request. All returns placed for specialty lines, including Ellie, Pleaser, any of Pleaser's sub-lines, Karo, Vicaro, or any other line that is drop shipped to you will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Please do not put tape or labels directly on the shoe box itself. We cannot accept returns after seven days. Any items that appear to have been worn after they are received are non returnable.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship most orders within one business day of receiving payment and many the same day. US orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post to qualify for free shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred by other shipping preferences. First Class International takes approximately 2-3 weeks, and International Priority Mail taking up to 10 days generally.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally, usually via USPS service. Please understand USPS does not provide tracking after a package leaves US borders. You can choose UPS service for guaranteed door to door delivery internationally and with complete tracking information, however this service is usually quite expensive for international customers.
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
There are no handling fees for domestic orders. The only exception to this is international perfume orders which incur a $6.00 handling fee. Please understand that the buyer is fully responsible for any taxes, surcharges, tarrif fees, or any other fees imposed by international goverments or foreign shipping services. Venus Shoe calculates shipping based on the table rates of the carrier selected by the customer. We do not mark up shipping or impose any handling fees.

Just use coupon code "freeship" as you are checking out. Venus Shoe will ship your order via USPS Parcel Post or Priority completely on us! NOTE free shipping is available for domestic orders only.
